As I already said, a healthy easy diet is based on calorie shifting. So, in these past few days I got some emails asking for an explanation. Don’t worry, I won’t keep you in dark any longer.

What is calorie shifting?

It is a dieting technique that has become one of the most popular ways to lose weight. It is fast, safe and doesn’t require hard work! That is why I was so amazed when I was told about it. Everything I tried earlier needed hard work, but offered nothing in return. And what I found most interesting – you can eat most of your favorite meals, although fast foods are not recommended.

Because this diet is so unusual and goes against most dieting rules and standards, people are quick to dismiss this diet as being a scam. But anyone who tries this diet quickly finds out how shocking the weight loss effect is. It’s just something you have to see to believe.

Why other diets don’t work?

And when you understand calorie shifting and the proper value of good healthy diet recipes, you’ll understand why other diets just don’t work. I mean, some of them may work in a short run, but as soon as your body realizes that you are starving, it’ll start to store fat and you’ll get the opposite effect. You could end up even fatter than when you started. Not to mention how unhealthy it can be not to eat full meals.

So, how to do it properly…

The most important part of calorie shifting is that you have to eat meals few times a day. No snacks or tiny meals are allowed in between. Every meal should again have different calorie values, but must be a full meal. Drinking lots of water during calorie shifting helps speed up the process and increase the weight loss effect because the water will flush out the food and help keep metabolism high. Because you are eating meals in different calorie values, you will cause a unique reflex in your body which will raise metabolism and fat burning and keep it high for as long as you keep doing calorie shifting so you can lose weight while you sleep! In short calorie shifting works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day and then by rotating it so your metabolism never gets used to any routine.

But, if you are interested in performing a calorie shifting diet, it is very important to have a guide to help you. You can always try it on your own, but a lot of times, people end up wasting a lot of time and money with trial-and-error when trying to figure this diet out on their own. As far as I know, the only diet that uses calorie shifting is the one I was recommended and can be found online. But, more about it soon…

As I said, finding healthy diet recipes is hard if you don’t know where to search, but when you find the right way – the rest is easy.

Being slim and attractive is the goal of every women I know. And, I lot of us are willing to do crazy things to accomplish this goal. And after almost a year of searching for an easy healthy diet I just couldn’t find anything that would work for me.

I know we all want to be trim and sexy but over all health is just as important. Not to mention that we can all drop incredible amounts of ugly fat and weight and do it in a healthy manner. That is why I said never to starve yourself or dedicate your whole day to losing weight. I mean, your fat isn’t the only thing out there in the world! And that is why I was searching for a diet that would create a whole meal plan for me, and just for me, because everyone of us has different needs and a different weight problem.

So, any diet which restricts something to an extreme degree is just plain wrong and unhealthy as well. Things like an all grapefruit diet, or all soup diet, or all bread diet are just gimmicks that prey on the desperate.

That’s why most of diets fail – because they cut back on calories or carbs too far or too fast. Doing this will only sabotage the dieter and make us feel like a failure. Don’t set yourself up to fail.

A true diet will use real food that we can all buy at any grocery store and it will work with our bodies in a scientific and proven way.

So, what is a good diet?

How does an easy healthy diet plan look like? For starters,  we need to eat regular healthy normal foods. No pills, powders, or crazy restrictions are necessary!

And, believe it or not – one of the most important factors to this sort of diet is actually eating more food. Why? If we eat more and more often our bodies will allow us to lose more fat weight. That is why it is not healthy or good to skip meals or starve yourself – it just doesn’t work in a long run! If you don’t eat, your body will not burn fat – it will store it because it doesn’t know when you will eat again!

Remember, eating every three or four hours is essential. You might not think you have the time, but you do. It just takes proper planning. We don’t need to eat a whole meal every time we eat, just a little bit of food to keep our bodies believing that food will be available all the time.

That was an eye-opener for me, because if you think about it, it’s also so logical. That really is a proper way to lose weight. But healthy eating, as I said, needs great planning and good guidance – and that’s what I found online, in a diet that changed my life.

Healthy eating – it’s the first thing to remember when thinking about losing weight. Eating a healthy meal once a day is not a difficult task. In fact eating healthy meals all your life is easy. That is the first thing that I had to learn when I started this online diet I was recommended. Really, you can eat ordinary things that you buy in your local store, you just need to know how and when. No need for expensive stuff they advertise on TV or fancy web sites. The main thing is – you have to do it healthy and with time!

One of the drawbacks of losing weight too quickly is that your overall health condition suffers. Unfortunately, many people have a hard time sticking with a long term diet, which is much safer. There are, however, easy ways to lose weight over a long period of time, without starving and sacrificing your health.

And a few things to remember even before starting any good diet are:

First, you have to eat – on any healthy diet. Yes, eat, not starve. Your metabolism doesn’t even kick in and start working each day until you’ve given it some fuel to work with, and you cannot possibly stick to anything long term if you feel like you are starving to death.

Second, you have to enjoy what you are eating. You cannot have chocolate cake for every meal and lose weight, but you can prepare healthy meals that taste good.

Healthy EatingAnd third, you just have to eat several times throughout the day so that you never actually feel overly hungry. When you get too hungry, you will almost always eat more than you actually need to make that hungry feeling go away. Experts recommend eating five or six times a day. That is a starting point to build any diet.

These are very easy ways to lose weight over a long period of time simply because you will never be hungry. You can stick to this for the long haul, lose weight safely, and still enjoy good health and happiness.

So, now that I’ve told you what the first “lesson” in my weight-losing-life was, I have to admit that you need to have a good program to help you and to show you the right direction. Thanks God, I’ve found the real diet plan. Through that online program I was given the exact meal plans, diet recipes created just for me. And it was all based on what I just explained. It all has to do with the calories, they call it The Calorie Shifting, and I’ll try to explain it to you later. But for now, I think you understand the basics.

Small changes made to your diet will make you feel much better about yourself. Not only will you feel great, you will have control over your weight, improve your complexion and you will save money too!! With a little knowledge, cooking for yourself, your family and friends, will be far more enjoyable than any take away food.

Also, don’t forget, making the correct choices with our food and drink can protect us from killer diseases like cancer and heart disease.

It’s Betty Winter and I lost weight with an easy healthy diet.

We tend to eat as if each meal is our last. This was my biggest pitfall, but with some sensible eating tips and a balanced healthy diet that I found online I managed to make some serious progress and lose weight easy.

But that was a hard road. I tried almost everything, and nothing seemed to work. There are so many easy and healthy diet plans out there. However the main problem that many of us make is committing the same mistakes over and over again. Not only does this rob you of all that hard work it can kill your motivation to carry on. But I guess you have to make some mistakes in your life to get it right. That was my search for good healthy diet recipes.

And when I’ve finally done it, when I lost all those pounds, all of my friends asked – how?! It must have been hard! Well… it wasn’t. The hardest thing was my search for the proper diet. But when I found one that was healthy and easy to follow, it was like I was born again. And that is why I’m telling you this story, for all my friends, and for those who also need to… hm… change a dress size every time they eat a Big Mac, just like I did.

Being slim and attractive is the goal of every women I know. And, lot of us are willing to do slightly insane things to accomplish this goal. So, if you want to learn from my mistakes, you’re welcome. But trust me, a true healthy easy diet will use real food that we can all buy at any grocery store and it will work with our bodies in a scientific and proven way. Let’s be smart and lose our weight the correct way.
